The next ICON Meeting will be held at Clarkson College on Friday, March 8th at 2pm. The Library is on the 2nd floor but the meeting will take place in the Board Room on the 6th floor. You may park in any of the student lots which would include Lot 9, 51, 52 or 43 (see map).

Joyce Neujahr, Director of Patron Services and Sarah Letheby, Patron Services Associate from UNO will be providing an interactive presentation on Customer Service. Please bring your questions or specific situations where you would like suggestions on providing quality customer service.
