A Message from the Senior Executive Board Member

It’s December, we are nearing the end of the year and it is time to elect a new member to the board. The time has really gone quickly, but we have accomplished good things.

I feel privileged to have been a part of the Executive Board for the past two years and would like to thank the rest of the board members that have worked with me. In the last 12 months, we have passed the healthHQ torch to the University of Nebraska Medical Center, we have successfully applied for funding for the Ariel software project, and will hopefully put those plans in motion soon. I look forward to helping with future ICON ventures.

The fourth quarter meeting will be held on Friday, December 12, 2003 at the Creighton Health Sciences Library.  The business meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. with the annual Christmas party to follow. Santa Joy has been busy buying and wrapping presents and Elf Mary has been planning the buffet. It sounds like there will be plenty of opportunity to have celebrate the holidays.
